Women’s Ministries
The Women’s Ministry of Fellowship Presbyterian Church seeks to help women of all ages grow in their love for and knowledge of God through prayer, Bible and book studies, and various ministry and fellowship opportunities. We encourage each other “to walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, to please Him in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God” (Col 1:10).

Blessed: Experiencing the Promise of the Book of Revelation
Leaders: Sheryl Farquhar and Debbie Spink
Time/Location: Weekly Thursday mornings at 10:00 a.m. starting May 30th . At Debbie Spink’s home (lives in Sugar Creek).
Blessed, by bestselling author and speaker Nancy Guthrie, provides individuals and small groups a friendly yet theologically robust guide to understanding the book of Revelation.
Over 12 chapters, Blessed covers the full text of the book of Revelation, exploring its call to patient endurance as God’s sovereign plans for judgment and salvation are worked out in the world. In this book, Guthrie shows how Revelation is less about when Jesus will return and more about who we are to be, what we are to do, and what we can expect to endure as we wait for Jesus to return to establish his kingdom in the new creation.
With a friendly and engaging tone, Blessed takes the fear, intimidation, and confusion away from studying Revelation, providing a solid and accessible resource that individuals and small groups can use to study this important yet often avoided book.
Five Lies of Our Anti-Christian Age
Leaders: Meghan Newman and Becky Taylor.
Time/Location: 2 Tuesdays per month starting in June (dates TBD) at 7:00 p.m. at Meghan Newman’s home.
Bestselling author Rosaria Butterfield confronts five cultural lies she once believed. Modern culture is increasingly outspoken against a biblical understanding of what it means to be a woman. Even some Christians, swayed by the LGBTQ+ movement, have rejected God’s word on issues of sexuality and gender in favor of popular opinion. In light of these pressures, it is more important than ever to help women see the truth about who God created them to be. In this powerful book, Rosaria Butterfield uses Scripture to confront 5 common lies about sexuality, faith, feminism, gender roles, and modesty often promoted in our secular culture today. Written in the style of a memoir, this book explores Butterfield’s personal battle with these lies―interwoven with cultural studies, literary criticism, and theology―to help readers see the beauty in biblical womanhood, marriage, and motherhood.
